Man Moves: THE RETURN
It’s here! The Man Moves 2 Course you’ve all been waiting for! Man Moves: The Return will be a confidence boosting manly joyride full of beasty tunes and magic moves. Drawing on techniques and tools learnt in Man Moves 1, over 6 weeks we will develop our masculine physicality further and delve deeper into creating unique characters. Using a range of approaches, including costume for character, theatre and acting exercises and your own inspiration, we will explore how to create a character who you feel passionate about and who expresses that side of yourself most authentically.
This course will include one-to-one check-ins to ensure you are getting the most from the classes, and as a chance to voice any discoveries, doubts and ideas you may have.
Performance Course Extension - Man Moves: SHOWTIME!
While Man Moves: The Return can act as a standalone course, there is also the opportunity to take it further by signing up to the Man Moves 2 Performance Extension Course – aka Man Moves: Showtime! In these 6 weeks we will form a troupe and work towards creating an original Man Moves show, which we will perform at the end of the course in a professional cabaret at the Old Fire Station. Creating a show and performing together can be the most confidence boosting, rewarding and bonding experience.
In addition to the 6 Week Course there will be a bonus final rehearsal session at the end of Week 6, to help prepare you for the show.
PLUS! Man Moves: Showtime! Will include two masterclasses from industry experts, on Clowning and Performance Skills, and Make Up for Drag.

Please try to attend all the dates in the course, for your own benefit and enjoyment. However, I understand that life can sometimes coincide, please let me know in advance if there are dates you cannot make (I can take this into account when planning the sessions)
