Vita and Tamsin

Vita works on most of her projects with Actor & Director Tamsin Heatley.

Tamsin Heatley

Having trained at East 15, Tamsin has a rich and extensive history working as an actor in devised theatre with companies including Complicité, Lumiere and Son and director Phelim McDermott. She is an incisive director with a clear creative vision. Often with a daring, darkly comic style, she pushes boundaries and creates idiosyncratic work. Through collaboration and devising, she pushes her artists to discover deeper truth in order to tell authentic stories.

A versatile actress, her credits span theatre, TV and voiceover, playing opposite Toby Jones in A Servant of Two Masters (West Yorkshire Playhouse) and voicing characters alongside Olivia Coleman and Harry Enfield in Dirk Gently’s Holistic Detective Agency (Radio 4). She voices multiple characters in Netflix’s Horrid Henry.

Tamsin taught drama and movement for over 30 years for the leading UK drama schools. She is a legendary teacher, her unorthodox style changing the way actors approach movement and leaving a legacy which has inspired the next generation of actors and drama teachers.
