6 WEEK INTRODUCTION TO BURLESQUE COURSE

Burlesque is a fun, cheeky dance style that celebrates femininity. Open to all, it is a deeply empowering and creative art form.

Come and embrace your feminine power, feel more confident in your body…and have a lot of fun along the way!

In this 6 Week Introduction to Burlesque Course we will explore body confidence, character, technique and learn elements of basic striptease (glove peel, stocking reveal).

I try to make my classes as inclusive as possible and want people to feel safe to explore things without fear of being judged or embarrassed. You won’t be put on the spot and can join in as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. It is important to me that people have fun and have the chance to try something new…and find the joy in moving!

Will you discover a new side to yourself?  Who might your burlesque persona be?  How would it feel to free your body and feel gorgeous, strong and confident? Book your place and find out!

This course will have limited places so that we can create a cosy group and I can give each of you individual attention and guidance.

Please try to attend all the dates in the course, for your own benefit and enjoyment.  However, I understand that life can sometimes coincide, please let me know in advance if there are dates you cannot make (I can take this into account when planning the sessions)
